SKGB Team Pool training

Squad training is open to all SKGB members aged 12 year and above. The training times are 11am to 12.30pm and 11am to 1pm for elite squad members ( elite squad explained below).

Please note that under the new selection system those that do not attend team pool training sessions cannot be included in the elite squad and in future all selections will be made from those in the elite squad. It is therefore important for anyone wishing  to be included in the elite group in the future to attened team pool training sessions regularly. It is also important to keep an up to date note of your results from major championships

Selections for the European Junior Championships 2011

The selections for the forthcoming European Championships will be held in Meadowbank Sports Centre. Edinburgh on Sunday 19th December, commencing 1pm.

The selections are open to the following age groups 14/15 years, 16/17 years and under 21years. Please remember to bring a note of the weight category you are trying for.

Association and Club Child Protection Workshop 11th March 2011

SKGB Anti Doping Officer

It is crucial to the enjoyment of sport that all individuals participating in Scottish sport also condemn doping in sport to ensure it is eliminated from the sporting environment. sportscotland wants to promote the best athletes: athletes who have worked hard and who have got to the top without taking drugs to cheat. sportscotland supports WADA and its work towards combating doping in sport, including the WADA Code.

To allow the SKGB to comply with sportscotland and WADA regulations the SKGB are committed to appointing an Anti Doping officer
